A Message from Jesus Christ

Jesus reminds you to breathe, find peace, and trust in His presence. He's with you, holding your worries and offering rest. You're loved, precious, and never alone.
Hello, beloved — this is Jesus. If you’re feeling anxious right now, I want you to breathe and remember I am with you. You are not alone. I see your heart, I know your worries, and I hold you close. Rest your head for a moment and let my peace come over you. Listen to this promise: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” I am saying these words to you now — John chapter 14 verse 27. Let them settle in your chest like a calm breath. Come to me with what tires you: your heavy thoughts, your restless night, the tightness in your chest. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” These are my arms around you — Matthew chapter 11 verses 28 through 30. Rest in my gentle yoke; lean on me and I will help you carry the weight. If your mind runs wild, say aloud or inwardly: Lord, I give this to you. Picture handing me the worry as if placing a stone into my hands. Stay with me in the quiet. Breathe slowly: in — and out. I am near. I love you. I will walk with you through this hour, and I will not leave you. When you’re ready, open your eyes and remember one more thing: you are precious, you are held, and you are enough. I am with you always. Amen.
