Matthew 6:34

Today’s verse for May 28, 2026, is Matthew 6:34, Matthew chapter 6, verse 34: “Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.” When Jesus says this, he is not asking us to ignore real concerns. He is inviting us to meet today with trust, and to leave tomorrow in God’s hands. Whatever waits ahead, grace is given one day at a time.
